RETURNS POLICY - Read before purchasing*

 

We are happy to offer a self serve returns and refund system here at Preworn Wholesale. You can choose if you'd like a bank transfer, store gift card or instant refund. QR Labels for Royal Mail Drop Off Services are provided, covered by £3.99 of your refund. If you are returning more than 1 bundle, please ensure you are selecting the correct amount of labels needed before completing the request. The responsibility lies on the customer to make sure they are selecting enough labels. There is no extra charge for this.

 

We try our best every day to pre-pack orders for our customers as they go through our sorting team to our packers. Please note that there is always a small possibility of human error due to the nature of our business. While we try to ensure resale value and profit, note that we strongly recommend cleaning all items on arrival, as with every new or used item of clothing from stores alike. It is possible you will receive some items with marks- as stated in our descriptions, clothing may need cleaning/refreshing. Please note that while tis information is also in our descriptions, some bundles may have quantities different to what is stated. Please allow a margin of 5-7+/- on higher quantity bundles (30-50 items), 4+/- on bundles of 25. We are happy to partially refund any items missing from our lower quantity bundles.

 

We accept Returns within 14 days of receiving the order. Please be aware that you will need to ship the boxes back to us within 14 days of receiving the return label, or your return will be cancelled and any instant refunds will be chased up for payment.

We will only accept bundles returned in their entirety as you received them, or this can result in being chased up for payment. Attempts made to scam our returns system will not go unnoticed, any attempt to return items we did not send out, or return half a bundle will result in the customer being chased for full payment by our returns partner and blocked from using our services again.

 

If returning multiple boxes, please make sure you are selecting enough labels needed for each box. You cannot return 2+ boxes with 1 QR Label. There is no extra charge for this. We will not be accountable for missing labels.

 

Please note a checkbox must be ticked before purchase, ensuring all customers have read the description. After this is ticked, it is at the customers discretion to purchase with what is described.

Please be advised that while we are happy to assist with any concerns not outlined in our product descriptions, any issues that have already been clearly stated will not be our responsibility to resolve.

At checkout, customers are required to acknowledge and confirm that they have read the full product descriptions by ticking a mandatory checkbox. This ensures transparency regarding the nature of the items being purchased. Checkout cannot be completed without this confirmation.

Once this box has been ticked, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have fully reviewed the product details before completing their purchase.

 

It is the customers responsibility to read through the Returns Policy before purchase, or at the very least, before starting a return, This is available on our website and linked on every description. We encourage all customers to read through this so they are aware of how to use our Returns Centre.

 

How to Use our Returns

To start a return, please go head to our Returns Centre and enter your customer email along with the order number. You can decide how you would like to return and receive the refund. You will then need to select which bundles to return and how many labels you will need.

We do not provide a label but a QR code

Simple show the QR Code to the Royal Mail Post Office and this will generate a Pre Paid Returns Label to send the box pack to us. 

Please ensure the box is well packaged and crucially include your order Number within the Box this is the order number you will have received by email.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received  your return.

You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@preworn.co.uk.

 

AUCTIONS

As auction products are sold at a customer-determined price and are listed as shown, all auction purchases are final and non-returnable.

Refunds on delivered Orders (Not Returns):

We use Royal Mail's 24 Hour Tracked Service for our orders. You will receive tracking numbers in your Dispatched Update Email. You can track the order there. Any Order updated as delivered with proof of delivery and a map of the location is deemed as delivered.

Exceptions

Orders made between 24th December - 1st January can be returned by 1st February.
