RETURN POLICY
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Preworn Wholesale supplies second-hand, mixed-condition branded clothing bundles intended for resale. All orders are considered business-to-business (B2B) transactions. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer preference, or dissatisfaction with the resale value.
⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds on Unsorted / Original bundles. These are packed without a re-sort, priced accordingly, and clearly stated as such in the product title and description.
Return Window & Process

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for approved reasons only.

Once a return request is approved, customers have 14 days from approval to return the full bundle.

Returns must be initiated through our Returns Centre using your order number and email address. A return QR code will be generated for Royal Mail drop-off. No printed label is required. If you require more than 1 label per order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have selected the correct amount needed.

Returns will not be accepted outside these timeframes. If you need help or have an issue returning please contact us immediately.
Valid Return Reasons

Wrong product received

Bundle does not contain a fair mix (High Street Mixed Category only)

Severe damage beyond what is expected in second-hand stock (not valid for unsorted/original bundles)

Bundle significantly not as described

Unsorted / Original bundles

Buyer remorse or ordering by mistake

Dissatisfaction with expected resale value
By ordering, you confirm understanding that these are resale-grade bundles, not retail-grade items.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in full bundles as supplied, securely packaged, and in the same condition as received.

Missing or swapped items will result in full bundle charges.

Partial returns are not accepted. If any part of a bundle is missing or altered, we reserve the right to charge the full value via our returns processing partner. For particular cases please email us for help.

If you have a severe issue with a small number of products received, email us with images for a suitable resolution.
Refunds

We offer Instant Refunds to Store Credit, Original Payment Method, or Bank Transfer.

Abuse of our system will result in blocking, and we reserve the right to charge you back for the bundle if we believe you are attempting to scam our system.
Returns Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the correct number of QR labels for multiple bundles.

A flat £3.99 fee will be deducted per return to cover label costs.

If you require more than 1 label per order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have selected the correct amount needed.

You will not be charged £3.99 per label — this is a flat charge.

We are not responsible for courier delays or loss. In such cases, please contact Royal Mail.
Authenticity & Grading

Some bundles are unsorted. These are clearly stated as Original / Unsorted stock. They are not graded and priced accordingly.

⚠️ No refunds or returns are accepted for Unsorted / Original bundles.

Minor marks or wear are to be expected within all bundles; we are not responsible for damaged stock found in unsorted products.

Faults already disclosed in product descriptions are not valid return reasons.

We are happy to resolve issues regarding broken zippers, missing metal buttons accordingly — our sorting process is completed by our in-house team and some items may slip through due to natural human error. Please note this is the case for bundles considered Grade A, bundles stated as unsorted or original may contain some damaged items as they have not been through a second sort before dispatch.

If any item is confirmed as counterfeit or misrepresented, a refund for that item will be provided after inspection.
Customer Acknowledgement
All customers must acknowledge the product description and returns policy at checkout. By ticking the confirmation box, you agree to the terms above.
Holiday Exception
Orders placed between Dec 24 – Jan 1 may be returned up to Feb 1, to allow for holiday periods.
Policy Abuse
Abuse of our returns system (fraudulent returns, swapped or missing stock) will result in charges and permanent account restrictions.
